Give the new plants a break. 

If you order them when it is colder, let the plants first recover in a cool place, do not put them immediately in the living room where the heating is on, this blow is usually too big for them. 

Some plants really need a few days to recover from sending. 

Sometimes the leaves stand in all directions, but that is usually renewed after 2 days. Do not repot the plants immediately upon arrival but wait 2 weeks for this.
