Are the plants repotted before shipping?No, repotting before shipment is a bad idea. The plants do not like this. Do the plants break due to shipping?Fortunately hardly. At this moment we ship with PostNL and it is very rare that the plant is really delivered broken. However, this is of course a very fragile product. How long does it take before my order is shipped?The order will be shipped within 1 to 5 business days. Sometimes it can happen that this takes longer, this is indicated on the website. How long will the delivery take?Netherlands 1-2 business days. For all other countries delivery time can range from 2-7 business days. This means that we do our best to deliver your order to you as quickly as possible. Sometimes it can take a day longer. What if my plants arrived damaged?Please take pictures of the package and the plants immediately and send them to support@meergroeninhuis.nl. What should I do if my plant (s) come in?Give the new plants a break. If you order them when it is colder, let the plants first recover in a cool place, do not put them immediately in the living room where the heating is on, this blow is usually too big for them. Some plants really need a few days to recover from sending. Sometimes the leaves stand in all directions, but that is usually renewed after 2 days.
